• I am not a technician and I don’t know a thing about biosensors, will I be able to use Senzytec anyway?

  Senzytec is an intuitive and easy to use instrument, it doesn’t require any specific competence or skills in chemical analysis. It can be used by anyone: the procedure is fast and easy and the interface intuitive.

• Do I need to carry out any particular operation for sample prep?

  Sample preparation is very fast and easy: in most cases it is just a simple dilution. Often it is not required any operation at all: the sample can be analysed ‘as is’. For some particular samples it can be advisable to use a specific treatment kit in order to eliminate some compounds which may interfere with the measurement.

• How long does it take to run the analysis?

  The time required for analysis varies slightly with the analyte to be measured. In the case of ethanol, for example, a little more than three minutes are required on average.
